I just pressed Autocontrast at photoshop. Of course the red girl is not the purpose,but contrast is.
Now I like her perspective and movement.
Right eye is blurred a little
Neck anatomy is off - check some reference for this

For me, I feel that contrast is all about personal preference. I may like a more fair-skinned, retro-feel to her face while you may like more contrast, but I think I get what you're saying. I've checked my anatomy for the neck, and you're right about that!
